About Us
Do you remember who you were before the world taught you to hide?
At Nlovu, we understand how easy it is to forget — to be shaped by shame, stretched by survival, and distanced from the sacredness of your own body. The world teaches us to harden, to disconnect, to silence the soft knowing of our sensuality and creativity.
But we believe in your return.
We believe that intimacy — with self, with others, with the earth — is a form of healing. That pleasure is a compass, desire a teacher, and softness a form of strength.
Our Bath Tonics soothe tension, hold grief, and open space for rest.
Our Massage Candles are a ritual of slowness, warmth, and deep touch.
Our Aura Mists shift energy, ground your spirit, and awaken clarity.
Our Books and Journals speak in a language your soul already knows.
Everything we create is an offering — not just of care, but of possibility.
We honour culture, we honour your story, and we honour the power of what happens when you begin to love yourself loudly and without apology.
You are welcome here. As you are. As you’re becoming.

Meet the founder
Nlovu was born from Imale’s personal longing, not just for healing, but for wholeness.
For much of their life, they searched for spaces that honoured the full spectrum of who they were: tender and powerful, spiritual and sensual, soft and deeply rooted in truth.
What they found instead were fragments. Rooms where desire was treated as danger. Faith that made no room for flesh. Conversations that shied away from complexity.
So they began creating what they couldn’t find.
Imale’s journey has taken them through many thresholds; from facilitating intimate, transformative group spaces for a gender identity charity, to developing healing programmes for LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families, to advocating for the sexual and reproductive health of marginalised women. They’ve sat with people at the sharp edges of shame, trauma, curiosity, and spiritual hunger — especially those who’ve been erotically marginalised or made to feel like desire disqualifies them from love.
At the heart of their work is this question: what if our pleasure is holy?
Nlovu is their answer; an ever-evolving offering for those reclaiming their sensuality, reconciling faith and sexuality, and remembering that their body is not a battleground, but a blessing.
With a background in spiritual care, integrative therapy, and ritual, Imale now crafts spaces where people can return to themselves; gently, powerfully, and without apology.
Through scent, story, stillness and touch, they invite us to come home to our bodies, not as projects to perfect, but as sacred ground.
This isn’t just about wellness. It’s about liberation.
A homecoming to your body, your pleasure, your power.
At Nlovu, we believe real change happens through three things: creativity, embodiment, and authentic connection.
Creativity sparks new ideas and helps you break free from old limits.
Embodiment grounds you in your body’s wisdom and power.
Authentic Connection builds honest, meaningful bonds—with yourself and others.
Together, they unlock your confidence, joy, and sense of belonging.
It’s not just a journey—it’s your revolution.
